"The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. They have most of the gear I need but two of my riding buddies struggle to find the right size. The staff is willing to order it and make adjustments as needed but that delays our rides.
Enjoy the shop, sad to see some of the staff looking for other employment as they make the shop a good place to go even for advice."

"In the past 10 years or so, Cycle Gear has steadily come into its own as a seller of quality motorcycle parts and gear. Selection has improved, as has quality. I haven't bought helmets or riding gear anywhere else for years. Bilt and Sedici have come on strong as brands, with a good mix of quality and value. Other than brand-specific parts for my bike, I always come here first. "

I've had good employee assistance there a while back. But when I ask about price comparisons and close out pricing on items I've already lookup on line, I'd rather not be talked to a if I'm trying to scam them.
Responses like, "Where in the world are you getting these prices!", or just completely disregarding my statement or question about the comp price and just hold hand out for payment.
Made me feel like I was not truthful or a stand up person.
Not a good way of making customers feel, as well as, a last impression as you walk out the door.
I'll continue to shop here, but I have to be honest, I'll probably end up choosing store on the Portland side even though it's a couple of mile difference.
That store has always made you feel good about shopping there.
Just understand that not every person is trying to scam you, or not every person isn't as uneducated on what they've come in your store to shop for, as you may think. There are genuinely good, honest people out there. "
